We have lots to offer at our award winning shop - our new GIFT SHOP is not to be missed.
We run many classes in sewing, crochet, Roman blind & curtain making to Jesmonite, resin & many other types of craft classes, the list is endless.
We also do bespoke parties, weekend retreats and Crafternoon teas.
We have a huge range of Scheepjes wool and haberdashery along with a wide range of fabrics for dress making and quilting

Service Description
How would you like to do something a little bit different to celebrate a birthday or Hen party? If so, we have something that fits the bill here at Buttons and Blethers. All you need to do is choose from the list of crafts below and we will organise the rest for you. You can choose one or two items, but are dependent on numbers booked and whether catering is required. We can cater for up to 30 hens. All our workshops include all of the materials and equipment you require and coffee/tea & cake in abundance. We are happy for you to bring your own booze, just let us know and we will supply the glasses. We can also provide the catering for you (at an extra charge) please ask us for details. You can order from our menus or just tell us what you fancy and we will quote for you. We can organise a buffet or afternoon tea. We are open for bookings on Friday or Saturday evenings and Sunday daytime for up to 30; daytime Saturday for up to 10 people. We’ll even sort out a few party games for you if required. Crafts available: £25 per person per session Sew your own Bunting Origami Paper flowers Felt flowers Decoupage table lanterns Card making Weaving workshop Knicker making or Pimp your pants Make the bride a memory cushion £30 per person per session Sash & garter making Jewellery making Embroidery Appliqué cushion cover Cake decorating workshop Glass decorating class Picture Memory book (hens will need to bring photos) Gatsby, pom pom or floral headbands Bling your bra, shoes or bag Paper flower bouquets £35 per person per session Fascinator making Favours & wedding table decorations Wedding Advent calendar Decorate a penis cake £40 per person per session Life drawing All the above are subject to availability of tutor and supply of materials but we would be able to let you know as soon as possible if your choices are not available. We can do more general arts & crafts such as felting; painting; drawing; furniture upcycling; mosaics; crochet/knitting/sewing; silk painting but if you have a theme in mind we will dream something up for you. A none refundable deposit will be required of £10 per person when the dates and crafts are confirmed. The remaining balance is due in full 2 weeks before the party date.
