Whether you are a complete beginner looking to learn a new skill or a more experienced crafter or sewer we are sure you will find a workshop to interest you. We also have a variety of workshops for those who would like to try their hand at new crafts but can’t commit to a weekly class.

If you would like to attend one of our workshops or enrol on any of our courses then please book online and we will look forward to seeing you. Also, if there are any workshops you would particularly like to see us running, please let us know and we will try our best to organise this.

If you have any queries then please do not hesitate to call the shop on 01383 747884 or email us at info@buttonsandblethers.co.uk and we will help in any way we can.

We are always looking for new ideas for classes, so if you have a craft and would be willing to put on a workshop, please get in touch.

Doll making class – Fridays for 4 weeks from 3rd August 7pm-9pm
Following on from the success of our first Doll Making class which used polymer clay, Yelena is now going to teach you how to make another doll using air dry clay.  This clay when dry, allows you to change imperfections on your doll, by sanding or scraping, to get it to the exact look you require.  The dolls limbs are all moveable. The ladies on the first class enjoyed the class so much that they asked for a second!  Come along and join them to create your own doll. You will require to bring along some scraps of fabric for making the clothes, cotton fabric being the best for making their outfits. All clay, wool & stuffing are provided, however if you prefer to bring along your own colour of wool for their hair then please do so. Tea/coffee & cake also provided. Block of 4 weeks - £50
